GROUP CLASSES ARE FOR ALL FITNESS LEVEL
 

Meditative Stretching - MONDAY 6:30PM

This tranquil class seamlessly blends gentle stretching exercises with mindfulness techniques to create a harmonious balance between body and mind. Guided by experienced instructors, you'll flow through a series of soothing stretches designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and promote relaxation. 

Zumba - MONDAY 7:15PM 

Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance workout mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.

Beatz & Boxing - TUESDAY 6:30PM

Beatz & Boxing is a high-energy class that combines beatz from various genres with intense boxing moves, ensuring you sweat and groove to the rhythm while building strength and endurance. 

L.A.B (Legs, Abs, & Butt) - WEDNESDAY 6:30PM

Time to get into the L.A.B to tone your legs, flatten your stomach and lift that booty.  45 minute of intense exercises targeting the right muscle groups using weights, resistance bands, body weight sliders.   Bring your own mat. 

X-treme Hip Hop Step  -  WEDNESDAY 7:15pm 

Xtreme Hip Hop Step is a high intensity, cardio step aerobics class. Step routines are done to Hip Hop and R&B tunes to create a fun workout environment while eliminating the feeling of “working out." 

Mixxedfit - THURSDAY 6:30PM

Mixxedfit is a people-inspired fitness program mixing explosive dancing with boot camp toning.  Everything about this program can be described as explosive. 

CLUB BOUNCE - THURSDAY 7:15pm

Club Bounce is a high-intensity workout class in bouncy boots which allows low impact on your joints. Bounce around to the latest Club music and sweat those calories away.

Shred & Burn - SATURDAY 9AM

This class is a 45-minute burst of intense activity alternated with steps, weights and cardio.  Get ready to shred the weight and burn those calories. For all fitness level.
