X-treme Hip Hop Step - MONDAY 7:30PM
Step up your fitness with this fun, high energy class!! Perfect for beginners, you'll learn basic step moves set to hip-hop beatz while burning calories.
Beatz & Boxing - TUESDAY 6:30PM
Beatz & Boxing is a high-energy class that combines beatz from various genres with intense boxing moves, ensuring you sweat and groove to the rhythm while building strength and endurance.
L.A.B (Legs, Abs, & Butt) Pilates - WEDNESDAY 6:30PM
L.A.B Pilates is a low-impact, targeted workout that tones your core, lifts your glutes, and strengthens your lower body using controlled, Pilates-style movements for real results. Bring your own mat.
Beatz & Boxing - WEDNESDAY 7:30PM
Beatz & Boxing is a high-energy class that combines beatz from various genres with intense boxing moves, ensuring you sweat and groove to the rhythm while building strength and endurance.
Pump It - THURSDAY 6:30m
Build strength and tone your body in this dynamic weight training class. Perfect for all levels., Let's lift, tone and pump it!!!
X-treme Hip Hop Step - THURSDAY 7:30pm
Xtreme Hip Hop Step is a high intensity, cardio step aerobics class. Step routines are done to Hip Hop and R&B tunes to create a fun workout environment while eliminating the feeling of “working out."

Chair The Sweat is a fun, low-impact workout that delivers a full-body burn from your seat. No jumping. Just strength, sweat, and real results.
Shred & Burn - SATURDAY 9:00AM
This class is a 60-minute burst of intense activity alternated with steps, weights and cardio. Get ready to shred the weight and burn those calories. For all fitness level.
