1)    All membership benefits are for active members in good standing during the term of their membership.
2)    Membership Services - All memberships include your choice of a one-hour Swedish massage or signature facial each month.
3)    Additional Membership Massage and Facials Services - Members may purchase an unlimited number of additional services for their personal use at discounted rates (10% off). 
4)    Rollover Privileges - Members cannot rollover any unused services to the following month. 
5)    Retail Discounts - A 10% discount is given to all members on retail product purchases. 
6)    Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
7)    Reinvent U Spa & Wellness must be notified about any changes in address, contact information and/or credit card information. 
8)    There will be a $35.00 fee assessed for all returned payments. 
9)    Guests must follow spa rules and regulations. Reinvent U Spa & Wellness reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for any reason.
10)    Reinvent U Spa & Wellness reserves the right to modify/change spa rules, regulations, services and pricing with reasonable notice. 
11)    24-hour advance notice is required on any appointment cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a $50.00 assessed. 
12)    Reinvent U Spa & Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
13)    No children under the age of 18 will be able to receive service without the express written consent of their parent or guardian. For children 15 and under, a parent or guardian must remain in the treatment room and for all minor children (15-17) the parent must remain on premises during services.
14)    Must be over the age of 13 to receive a Teen facial.
